I have a hydra boost that runs off the power steering pump instead of the vacuum brake booster.
It was stock on a 96 F450 Superduty.
You need a different power steering reservoir that has two inlets and one outlet.
Then you remove the pressure line to the steering box from both the pump and the steering box.
A new pressure line goes from the pump to the hydra boost unit.
A second new line goes from the hydra boost to the steering box.
And a third new line goes from the hydra boost to the pump as a return line.
Takes about an hour to change the booster out and hook up the lines.
A trip around the block to get all the air out of the system.
Wear your seat belt, if you push the pedal like you normally do with vacuum assist you will be doing a face plant on the windshield.
I found the parts receipt the other day when I was searching for a starter receipt.
