Wont Start

The other day my 01 f250 was slow starting but after a few seconds of cranking she fired right up. I must have started it 20 times since then and this morning she fired right up but now she wont start. I checked the fuel filter and it's full, anybody have any ideas of where to start looking. It figures I haven't worked in 2 weeks and the day i have a job my truck takes a vacation.

Tell us a little more about what it is doing.
Is it cranking and not firing up? When she does crank, does the tachometer move? Etc...

She's up & running! Two tiried batteries wouldn't spin it up enough to kick it off. Thanks for the help,

Okay, why? I as at first thinking fuel, but shouldnt there be a check valve to keep up the presure?

Last week there was a guy that had his parked on an incline and the truck wouldn't start. As soon as he got it onto level ground it started fine. It was suspected that the HPOP check valve was stuck open and allowing oil to drain out of the pump. Low HPOP oil pressure = no start.
