Regular coolant or Extended life ?

Regular coolant or Extended life ?
How do I tel which I have.I have the test strips now and there are to different charts.One for extended and one for regular.Is the regular always green and the extended always red.I would hate to change the stuff that is in there.It is so clean and green.

I'm pretty sure the Gold (which was in my truck from the factory) fits in the extended life category as well. But I am sure that green would be "regular stuff". Someone else confirm the gold part??
