91 brakes-all new, same problem

Yep~ever since Dad pulled the fuse, there has been no dragging or locking up in the rear brakes. The rear antilock dash light is now on constantly. It was only coming on randomly before pulling the fuse. Dad says it's on constantly because it's telling me it needs to be checked, fuse replaced. NOT GONNA REPLACE IT THOUGH!! I hope it keeps going with no more lock ups.
