installing headers

I am 16 just ordered some headers and never put them on before. What do i need to do? I called a few places to see if they would do it but they are saying it will cost like $350 bucks to install. How do i do it is there anything i need to know?

Well you'll have to give us some more info , as to what kinda of vehicle you got, and what motor you have in it ..What type of header you bought.

installing headers

Auto or manual? 4x4 or 4x2? What brand headers....shorties or long tubes? If you bought what is recommended for your truck and motor you shouldn't have any problems. You may have to loosen some things or take them off, but most likely not. With my 4x4 I did have to drop the front driveshaft, put that side header on and then hook the drive shaft back up. Piece of cake though.
