I have a 1999 Explorer with neutral tow. It has worked fine for several years. Lately is has been slow to act. Is there something I can do to service this unit and make it work as it used to?

Neutral tow , when installed by Ford on some 4x4 Explorers, allows it to be towed 4 wheels down, usually behind an RV, if you have a automatic trany in the Explorer.
