Does anyone know what temperature range our ZF-6 and transfer case and rear axle operate? I have a spare Autometer 4355 water temp gauge 100-260 degree. Will I see hotter temps than 260? I want to rig this up with a rotary switch and a sender for each. Thanks in advance!
I wouldn't imagine that either of them would run hotter than 260. The engine oil doesn't even get that hot, with all the moving parts and high pressure explosions going on in the cylinders.
