What line are you replacing?

For some reason I think the fitting is metric.

are you talking about the flare fittings on the lines? they are common stock at any autoparts store. i think they are 3/16ths, take the old fitting with you to mach it up you will need a double flare tool to remake the flare on the brake line

you must have a bad parts store, every time i broken a brake line, i just cut off the flare fitting replace the fitting and reflare the line and some times i replace the entire line, parts stores usaly have lines upto 5 foot so i get the longest pices i need and get a coupling and join the 2 toghter and bend them to fit . i think my rear line was 9 foot

yea...i got the couplings and stuff like that but this one fitting that goes into that valve, apparently i cant find it....even the dealership said that they dont have it..its an obsolete part...and most junk yards cut the brake lines off so they dont leak....so i have no idea what im going to do..

How are you at flaring lines. I'll hit one of my local yards and yank the fittings if you want to just flare them onto the new line. I buy my line in 25 foot coils and just make them to size. If it's the line I think your talking about the fitting is to join the 3/16 line to a 5/16 flare opening. I had to replace this for a friend and I spent an hour saving the old fitting.

You are talking about the load sensing valve on the rear axle?

The valve is located on a cross member and has an arm that goes down to the axle housing?

I eliminated that valve on my truck, the rear brakes had never worked as well as they do now.

As I remember it did have an odd fitting on it, I just cut the line and double flared it for a coupler.

Rubber hose on one side, steel brake line on the other side.
