Can anyone tell me which valve spring has the two piece retainer on the spring: Intake or exhaust?

Should be the exhaust. The valve will be located above the port, so if they are above the exhaust ports, then they are exhaust valves. If over the intake ports, then they are intake valves.

The intake valve has the two piece retainer setup, and also has the taller valve spring. The exhaust has the rotator retainer.
