There is also B code injectors used in IH 530 applications that can be used
and then hybrid which are frankenjectors combining A codes and B codes to make a big fueling injector that can use stock HP oil
Ive read about the hybird but are they really better then the non-Frankinjectors? Dont they just allow you to keep stock oil while enjoying gthe performance gains?
From what I have read there is really no need for hybrids unless your going over a stage 2 injector. But I don't know alot about them other than they are not cheap!
ok here si the info on AC's. They are pretty much Stage 1 single shots. they flow very close to stage 1 fuel. No real specs but that what I have found out.
According to this site http://www.dpppower.com/injectors.html they flow 160cc.
They dont give them away though. But not that much more then Remans but all brand new and flow tested.
Ok, so I'm doing the UVC harnesses and gastkets today and once I pulled off the covers I noticed I have AO injectors. Anyone know specs on these? I knew it had injector work done but thought the stockers were rebuilt, didn't know they were swapped. Thanks guys
hmm. ok so if a guy was trying to get a few more hp's out of his truck, and still have a decent, or better fuel economy, would he go with single shot, or split shot?

AO from what I understand are updated AA's so more than likly they are new injectors. Or they could be AO's that were remaned and swapped out.
As for mileage I have been told that single's are better. The splits waste the fuel of the pilot shot because it doesn't make much power with that fuel.
OK, a '97 F350 Canadian truck, and I just noticed that it has a sticker on the drivers side valve cover that says "HE 002 AB". Does anyone know what that means, and could it mean that this truck has the AB injectors? The build date is 8/97, and it looks like it has the SD plastic engine cover.
