302 to 351w conversion
I have a 94 F150 that my pal wants to put a 351w in. what kind of work would it take and how long of a process is it to do the conversion. Also, what extras would i need to keep the fuel injected?

It all depends on how complete the 351w is. If it is a complete motor (from oil pan to intake, with the wiring harness), it is a very easy swap. Basically take out the 302 and bolt in the 351w, you will need a new computer to match your new engine/tranny combo. And you will probably have to replace your exhaust y-pipe, as the 351w is wider than the 302. Other than that, a pretty straight forward swap. All the brackets and accessories from your 302 will bolt right on the 351w.
If your are just trying to swap the block, you will run into problems swapping the fuel injection to the 351w. The 351w is wider than the 302 at the heads, so your 302 fuel injection will not work.
