93 E-350 with 7.3- Value?
Hey guys not much of a Van guy but I have stumbled onto one that might be a good deal and looking to see what you think it would be worth. Its a 93 E-350 cargo van, 7.3 diesel and an E4OD with 236,000 miles on it. It runs and drives well but the body is pretty beat up. Lots of dents and some rust but not holes. It was a service van for an electrical contractor. Assuming the SCA's and maintence has been prety good what do you think its worth. KBB in fair condition puts it around $1,600. Do you think thats a good ball park? I am looking resell or part it out to make some money on it. They are asking $500 and its been for sale for a few month becuase they don't have it advertised.

I would go for it as long as the tranny checks out good. make sure the fluid don't smell burnt, I would also question it if it has had the fluid changed recently. The heavier vans seems to sell faster then the 1/2 ton ones around here. If the tires are good you should be able to get 800-1000 for it. There was a 94 ambulance close to me on craigslist with the disel. he wanted 1000 for it, I called the 2nd day after it was posted and it was sold.
