Congrats Chad! If I wasn't so busy this weekend I would maybe come on down and check out the new place and help you move stuff. It is about 1 and a half hours away from me. Not too bad of a drive. Maybe sometime soon though.

You got the beer thing wrong Frank. My wife MADE us drink beer in the middle of moving. None of us complained.

A few people want to live there. Our first real estate agent told my parents that noone wants to live in Beachville. We got rid of him in a hurry!
