I've read a couple of articles in some truck magazines about custom builders putting a different front clip on their trucks. Two questions, first just exactly what is it they refer to When they say "the front clip", and second, how hard is to replace the orginal with a different model . The reason I ask is that I have a 2000 F-150 and i really like the look of an F-150 with the 03 Expedition front bumper and grille.

A guy on another site did that swap. He said that everything bolted right on. fenders, hood, headlights, bumpers, header panel. Only thing I did not like was that he left the plastic piece on the bottom of the fender.
