Standing in front of the truck Cylinder 3 is the 2nd cylinder in from the radiator passenger side right?
I have an error code p0267 (cylinder #3 Injector Circuit Low) Anyone have an idea how to test this with an ohm meter?
Passenger side valve cover is off.
I'm about 100 miles from home at the moment hoping to get this truck running well enough to get me out of MA and into CT.
Cleaned off all the connectors for the manyth time and now I'm error code free and idling normal. Hope it lasts. Don't know if its the wire harness, loose connection or other...
I'm home thanks for the offer though. I'm going back in the morning to finish up the job. Hoping not to repeat the truck problems.
The #3 circuit low has been a bugger.
I pulled the valve cover to see if it was the loose connector. I'm not sure if the fix was the UVC connector or the one outside or the plug on the injector. I pulled them each a part 5 or so times. I'd get bank 1 codes, always the p0267,couple others related to the bank 1 etc. After a hour or so of messing with the connectors (cleaning, wiping as best you can do on the road) all the codes cleared. So its probably a connector or harness or injector problem.
Freakin soot on the engine. I looked like I'd been drilling for oil when I finished up. Is that the CCV mod that fixes that?
Good thing about MA you can buy beer after 8. Once I hit my gravel road....
