Boost Fooler - Diff between ITP and SP Diesel?

Which is better, the ITP or the one that SP Diesel has that is electrical? Is there any difference with the end product?

ITP lets the MAP sensor see what is going on up to 22# of boost then it stops the flow of air to the MAP sensor...

The SP Diesel fooler tells the MAP sensor that your at 22#'s all the time. This makes it diffacult to run tests, puts you in a higher fuel table and hurts MPG... I DO NOT like this option...

DP has them, if you have their tuner. I got mine from them when I bought the tuner...
