Can any of you explain what this is and how does it work, is it worth IT?

It's and adjustable resistor mod, also known as the 10K mod. What it does is fool the PCM into seeing low ICP values, so it raises the oil pressure to the injectors. In turn you get more power.

However, it's not like a chip. A chip will raise ICP pressure, but also change fuel tables, shift points, etc, making your truck much nicer to drive compared to an 18K mod. I had the 18K mod on my truck a long time ago, and IMO a chip is definately a much better upgrade.

Do you recomend stacking this with a chip, I have the Banks 6 gun and 80hp superchip? Your thoughts!

Your Banks 6-gun is a glorified 18K mod.
