sputers but will not start

I have a 1981 f150 302. One mornning I went out to go to work. the truck ran for about 20sec. then quit. It has not ran sinse. I had the carb rebuilt, new ignition module, new pick up coil, new plugs new cap and roter also.
The coil has good spark.
What am I missing?

Are you sure fuel is getting into the intake ? Pour a lil raw gas down there if you need to make sure. If no go after that, you may have a stripped timing chain.
