If all you need is the harness,i have a spare i can give you.
The harness should have come with the truck. But the other end where the harness plugs into, should be under the dash.Pull the cover out from under the steering wheel.(the one with the 4 plastic locks) then when you have that off look over to the right, the plug will be clipped to a cross member.
I have a spare one of those too if you need it. You should be able to get one at just about any trailer equipment store though for less than $10. Also, what kind of brake controller are you installing. Tekonsha makes a harness that plugs right into the truck and the prodigy without even splicing anything and I think it's around $10 too.
Most aftermarket trailer brake controllers have the correct plug already installed for your truck.
But I looked, and I have the same part, made by Hoppy, that will fit your truck. Somehow I got an extra one. www dot trailerwiring dot com. Products, support, lookup by part number.

You can have it for the price of postage from Delaware.
You only need this harness if you are installing an electric brake controller. You don't need it if you are using a flat 4 wiring connector at the back of the truck.
