I own a 2004 F250 Crew FX4 and pull a 36' fifth wheel.
I had the same problem your having while pulling the trailer, I was blowing coolant out of the reservoir and all over the engine. After a few trips to the dealer they finally replaced the head gasket and that fixed the problem. Thankfully still on warranty.
