alright. i have about 4 days to go till a 4x4 place can look at my truck so im gonnna try some things so. i was looking for the gem. could not find it. can someone tell me what it looks like? and does anyone know what those relays are for. can someone tell me what each one means. i cant find what they mean in the book.

I can tell you about the gem. It is easier to take your fuse block out and it is a little black box on the back of the fuse block. 3 screws (hex head) hold it on. I just took mine out, a little bit of a pain.
As for the relays, can't really help there. You need a wiring diagram, which is what i am looking for.
I'm not sure where the GEM module is in the SuperDuty, but my buddy is having an issue with bottom of the pass side windshied leaking and getting the carpet and behind the dash all wet. I wonder if maybe the GEM module is located on the passenger kick panel area? I have seen that black fabric tape on a lot of trucks. I think its there from the factory, so stuff doesn't loosen up and make noise.
