Proper Fluid for T19

Sorry for the simplistic question but I am without a manual: What is the proper fluid and fluid quantity for a T19 Borg Warner 4 speed from a 1985 F-250 6.9L diesel?

80W90 gear oil and fill it until the gear oil just starts to seep out from the top fill plug.
