Went to my local dealership and they looked my truck up. The t-case uses special fluid now called Transfer Case Fluid (really ingenious name, huh?) and it's $9 bucks per quart. I bought two quarts to do my case.
The rear end takes 75W140 full synthetic. They get $21/quart for it so I passed. I'll pick that up elsewhere.
How often does the T-case fluid need to be changed? This truck I have now is my first 4x4. Thanks!

Yeah my truck is at 103,000 so I wanted to be proactive and get my stuff done. So I've done coolant flush, spark plugs, trans. fluid and filter, and t-case fluid this year. I plan to do rear diff. as soon as I get time. I likely won't do front diff. because of the difficulty level.

Thanks Robb! I was planning on doing both at 100k or sooner because I think that's when most recent automatics need to be flushed. Nice to know I have that buffer if I need it. We'll see what kind of garage space I have by that time, but that may be something I'll have to take it to my mechanic for, or to the Ford dealer. Right now I've only got 32,000 on 'er so I got plenty of time.
