Ford "Superchips"
I have not even received my new '02 F250 SD CC, and I just got some information in the mail about "Superchips" performance enhancers. As I understand it, these are program modules that plug into the vehicle control unit and override the stock modules.
A company located in Florida, sent this information these chips.
I just thought it was funny I have received this information at this time. I am not aware of requesting a catalog or information on their product line. But, I do have a '97 F150 SC FS. I guess it goes to show that consumer information in itself is a commodity.
