From looking at your pictures in your gallery the front sheet metal looks pretty repairable, at least from a northern standard.
No one makes reproduction sheet metal for your truck, only in fiberglass. Finding good sheet metal for your truck is getting pretty hard so if your's is at all useable I would work with that.

The Jag swap is ideal for your truck, nearly a bolt-in like it was made for it, superior IFS design. Do an advanced search on Jag in this forum for loads of info, pix etc, and/or contact 49willard here, he has done it.
