Sticker Shock!
I just called my (old) favorite muffler shop, <s style="">Valley Muffler</s>. I'm still SHOCKED at the price quotes I got for an exhaust!<o></o>

None of these prices included an exhaust tip. That will add an additional $100.00++
I'm thinking that I can order one and do it myself!
SO! Where can I get the 3.5" muffler delete pipe?? I'm thinking that the budget can bare that if I do it myself. <o></o>
- Muffler delete, retaining the 3.5" pipes = $250.00????<o></o>
- Muffler replacement with a Magnaflow, retaining 3.5" pipes = $250.00??<o></o>
- 4" CAT back w/Magnaflow = $650.00!!!

That deserves a 14 round magazine!
I paid $330 for my 3.5" DP, 4" System, Muffler delete, Cat delete and 6" chrome rolled tip..
Couple hours and few beers later it was in.. All mandrel bent too!

There's less than 2 months before my oldest son signs his DEP with the National Guard! That drill pay is going to keep some of my $$ in my pocket!

I think the problem is nobody carries 3.5" pipe. I have did a little looking around and it is an oddball size. Even 4" is diesel only country and that hurts us.

To do the muffler and cat delete in 3.5" with mandrels only cost $150 here at a local shop. He carries all pipe sizes up to 5".
For those prices you can replace everything with aftermarket 4" exhaust.
