Removing lower inner door panels

Removing lower inner door panels
I need to removing the lower inner door panels on a 2001 Super Cab. Can anyone give me any insight in to what area(s) to remove first? I have a panel removal tool (looks like a two bladed fork) but in past I ended up messing panels up as I didn't know there was a screw or something else hidded behind the latch or arm rest etc.
Any help is appreciated.

1. Pull off the cover over the mirror area
2. Push up on the front of the switch cover and forward at the same time and unplug the connectors
3 1 screw under the switch cover and one behind the light cover on the lower part of the door.
4. pick the entire door panel up
