I think you have hit the jackpot here with your issues! The p1272 and p1274 point toward and electical issue with you #2 and #4 injectors. This could be IDM or wiring (engine harness, UVC, VC plugs or injector soleniod). I would bet its not IDM so that leaves you with wiring or soleniod (electro magnet). If that scanner is still availible run a buzz test. you probably will not hear the 2nd and 4th buzz. First it will buzz all eight injectors then it will go in order 1-8 as 2 and 4 come up you won't hear them is my guess.
The P0263 is also a concern as it points toward a #1 issue where it failed the contribution test.
Also it would be a good idea to clear all those codes and drive it to see which ones return. its totally possible that some or all are left over from your testing.
i did the buzz test that is where i got thoes codes i have looked at all the wiring before i had it scanned so that would led me to belive that the soleniods on #2 and#4 are no good but would this be the reason for the no start when hot

oh yeah I forgot about the hot restart issue. still gotta be some issue with the IPR/HPOP. ARE You interested in swapping the IPR out to see happens? I got one I can send you. Well I think I do atleast.
tj that is very nice of you but i just rebuilt mine and i have a spare but like i said that is very nice of you and i do thank you now if it was some thing to do with the ipr would the scanner have picked it up or no? cylinders # 2&4 are on the pass side
or drivers side i cant think straight right now
Well there aren't any real IPR codes. They manifest themselve in ICP codes. If there is a oil pressure issue it could be cause by the IPR but show up as ICP codes.
I always have to look up the cylinder numbering as I can't every remember it off the top of my head.
well it is better than it was i put in valve cover gaskets and the uvch and that fixed some of the problems now let me ask a ? if the rear pass side oil galley plug is leaking would this cause the 1211 code i have done the hpx so i was thinking this may be a problem i have a new plug but as i look at it it looks like you have to take out the down pipe is this the case
