Driving Ca freeways should be an easy ride, but not for me, my truck rides like sh.t!
I've noticing a very light bumpy ride, and when coming to stop from 70mph to
stop the brakes are shaking the truck, I'm aware that ABS do rumble a little
but mine feels a bit to much?
I had replace my ol brakes two weeks ago, and my mechanic didn't say a word about to be anything wrong with the ABS system.
I wonder if I need new shocks, the ones on the truck are stock with 76k miles
on them, but can bad shocks affect the ABS performance like shaking?
Did the truck shake before the brake job. If not then something was not done right on the brake job maybe. Have it checked out make sure all the sensors are in place.

Don't remember to do so?
but I don't feel anything at the brake pedal, if I brake easy is OK, but when
stopping at fast speed the brakes are acting weird, hard to explain, is a rumble
not a vehicle shaking, if I hold the pedal firm and try to stop fast that's when the brakes are doing it.
Thanks.
BTW, I'm new to ABS, ol my previous vehicles didn't have one, just regular brakes, no ABS, so for me is a new experience if the shaking is normal?
