Under hood insulation
I just bought my 3rd X and was wondering if they still use hood insulation on 2005 6.0s or has my hood been replaced, it sure doesn't look like it.
The truck came from Utah and wasn't sure if they used it in warm climates

Also Dynamat has some liners available for this. I am ordering the dynaliner 0.25" to go under my stock one.
A side tip, before you install it give a good coat of black paint. I think latex is recommended. It will stop it from fraying or getting really nasty from normal use.
