You have to click galleries at the top of the screen to start with then click Manage/create. Once the screen comes up click on create album. It will bring you through a bunch of questions and when you come to the second page there will be two boxes on the bottom with the button browse next to them. Click on browse and pull up whatever file you want to download. Once thats done click upload. It will take a minute but it should come up. Good Luck.

gappy if you don't mind I'll take this chance to ask my pic question? I tried to make my gallery but my pics were too big. I used my wifes pro dig camera on high res and each pic came out 5.5MB which is too big for the forum rules. I can make the pic size smaller by croping them but I don't want to do that. Does anyone have software that can dumb down the resolution or something and make them less MB in size so I can get them posted?

If you are running Windows (XP), you can use a MS Powertoy called "Image Resizer". Installs easy, then just right click on the picture and pick the size. Very easy and quick. Here's the link to the powertoys:

I cut 'n pasted your link above and I was unable to locate this feature. I downloaded something similar and only received solitaire. I have XP with media center. I would love to have this feature. Now, the only way I can send smaller photographs is to use Outlook express to send with email. If you can, please give me more info on how you got this software. Thanks so much.

But your question is still not answered.

First, to post a picture here, the picture has to reside somewhere on a server on the internet. It cannot be on your PC. If you need somewhere to place this picture, you can use the gallery here. Right click on the picture as it is displayed, go to PROPERTIES and look for the ADDRESS of the picture. Copy that address. It will look something like

http://www.aquasunmotorsports.com/im...r_728x90_1.jpg

That address is just a banner advertisment.

Once that is done you need to type this code, but take out the *. The * was put in so the code can be seen.

Another way to download the smaller photographs is once you have downsized your picture with Outlook express, copy and paste the downsized picture into a folder on your computer, then you can upload that picture to your gallery.

You can also downsize a picture using MS Paint (which is on every PC). But why would he need to downsize a picture? All he wants to do is post a picture.
