You will need to setup an online account with a picture hosting site (photobucket works wonders). Then, all you have to do is insert the image URL and wrap IMG tags around the URL.
For example:
[img*]imageURL[/img*] But dont put the *'s in there...
Or, you can just right click on the image, choose 'properties' and copy the link (while using the [img] tags above)
