HMM well the brakes work right when doing this test but with brakes applied I have no power steering and when I pump the brakes the wheel rocks or turns back and forth. So from what I read it seems like the hydroboost deal is gone out.

It is fixed!! The steering gear box was bad. The valve in it was letting fluid go by.

Yeah did not have the time to get an upgraded one so I went to O'Reilly.
