Chip for a 00 ranger?
I'm curious as to wether a chip for a 00 ranger 4.0L 5spd manual is really worth it since I have a manual vs a auto. What kind of gains would be possible?
already got cat back dual exhaust, K+n, bosch +4's, looking to do some engine mods...
any info is appreciated...

Chip for a 00 ranger?
Only you can judge if its worth it. You'll gain horsepower, roughly 20. If you don't mind modifying the back of the computer box housing so you can have enough clearance the Superchips will work well, otherwise the Diablo is a good bet.
I use a Diablo with my 2000 Ranger. It's reacted better to the Diablo than the Superchips but on very hot days I get slight pinging if I tow and use anything less than 93 octane.
