the Upfitter relay assembly has a feed to the switched power source by default. Can't remember the wire colour off hand however you need only locate that wire (small gauge) and connect it to a source which is hot all the time. Of course, you would also need to supply a always on hot for the load(s) as well. My suggestion would be to only place the switches you wnat to be active at all times on the always on power feed (make sure it has the rated capacity to run what your trying to run) and leave the rest connected to a ignition on only power source.
