If you are talking about 7.3 powerstrokes, Danny Elmore has the fastest lifted crew cab i believe. 37's and he can still pull off 12.1's.
If you are talking about ford crew cabs in general, then it is defanitely Mad Dog, 97 f-350 crew cab, lifted as well on 37s, 3.54 gearing too. low 11s.

3.54 gearing...hmmmm.... wonder if I could do that, since i rarely pull/haul anything and do 95% highway... a twin-turbo custom-built cummins wouldn't be a bad thing either!!!

Hey Guys I don't have the fastest truck but I'm still hav'n fun HAH HAH HAH. Check out my video on the link below. For some reason my truck was runnig kinda rough though. I think I blew the rear end too.
It was pop'n snap'n and hiss'n somth'n fearce after these burnout's. Time for a knew Locker RR end. YEAH!!!

I'm not sure what it will do yet, but my plan is a crew cab dually 7.3 in the 12's (drug free). We will just have to see. There is not a quarter nearby, only 1/8 and 1000'.
I know I turn a consistent 7.3-7.4 in the 1/8 (with a substantial amount of nitrous) and my truck needs tuning...
I'll be at Hines in the morning, on the rollers, to see what kind of numbers I'm throwing down (just motor). I want a heads-up before BTS' dyno day. If I don't meet MY needs (with a 7.3) then pull me from contention 'cause a 12v Cummins will be next.
As for THE fastest 7.3 crew cab? Elmore, hands down. No one close. Although I've been out of the country for over three years, there might be someone lurking in the dark...I haven't heard of 'em!
