Hey on my 1992 ford f150 with the straight 6 and the mazda 5 speed. I cant get cold air to come out of it. The system is charged to full capacity and the compresser is kicking on like it should. The only things i have noticed on it is that it doesnt have a fan shroud (never had since i got it) and the compressor kicks on and off alot when im attempting to have it on. Could there be a clog? or what?
about 40 psi from the low pressure side i believe
sorry man i dont know much about ac systems i just know how to recharge it haha and when im recharging it i stop it at 40 psi

thanks for all of your suggestion
Quick cycling of the compressor usually indicates a low refrigerant charge. Your 40 psi idea doesn't tell you anything, especially if you don't know what the high side pressure is. The cheapie low side gauge (it sounds like) you are using is worthless.
You really need a fan shroud for the AC to work preoperly. It keeps air pulling through the condenser instead of from the sides of the fan.
Put a fan shroud on it and rent a manifold gauge set from your local Auto Zone, Pep Boys, etc.
