We got the 93 F350 home and fired up today, sounds ok. It doesn`t appear the glow plugs are working but it sounds healthy and running fairly good.
I don`t know how long it``s been sitting so I`m happy with the way it runs so far.
As for the other engine I`ll sell it after the 92 is running.
Yeah im even happy lol can never have to many vehicles thats my point of view when i get a acreage or a farm wow just loaded with ol cars trucks but congrats morris that is great!.. not to bad of a price either
Seems good so far, hope it really is a good motor.
I found an old registration in the truck so when I get the chance I`ll phone the previous owner to get the load down.
yeah its always nice to get a little history on it. nice thing about getting it from an sgi auction is the previous owner isn't trying to sell it so you may get the truth...
Not really. The Ecnon truck I got rom them years ago. The owner claimed the motor was rebuilt to them. Big lie, it was covered in caked on grease. I could not beleive they paid this guy 5000 for this truck which I got for 300. It had a new paint job and was so full of bondo, and the floor of the cab and box were swiss cheese. Coevred over with bits of cardboard and sprayed over with ubdercoating. They got taken by this guy. I bought it for parts not to put back o the road.
So all SGI does is relay what they been told about the vehicle if they can. Plus the damage from the accident is extensive. Its in my gallery the white one.
