Replacing the radiator

I am going to replace my leaking rad. tomorrow. Is this a straight forward operation? Is there anything special I should know before I start?
Any special proceedure to get trapped air out of the system?
The car is an 91 F-250 7,3 with E4od.
And you know what;I bought some parts at summit racing. That costed me
1200 $ delivered in my driveway in Norway. The price for the same parts in Norway:2000 $
Thank you over there!

Straight forward operation, no special tricks involved.

That is quite a savings on your parts.
