05-07 Conversion finally done on 01 Excursion
It really was not that hard, even with a couple of drinks! Had to do it since love of life decided to hit a 2x2x10 foot cement block and move it 3 feet...

Complete Used front bumper assmbly
New:
Headlights
Grill
Header panel
9007/8 conversion headlight kit
~Total time 2 hours
On my 99.5 CC F250 I only did the headlights. Now I really want the whole thing.

I'm also strongly concidering this upgrade, since I had a run in with a Trooper. I need a new bumper, grille, header and hood anyway, might as well be of the 05-06 variety. The X looks good with the 06 front, much better than with the 01.

dfuser, you said in your first post "07-08 headlight conversion"???? the headlights are for an 05-07 truck. the 08 trucks have the different front end. i did the conversion too. all new parts. check my gallery for pics..
