Well, when I moved from southern CA over a decade ago, the box with the factory manuals was diverted elsewhere, most likely added to the recycled paper box.
I had them all, wiring diagrams, that book that showed where EVERYTHING electrical was with see through pictures of the trucks, the pinpoint test step procedures, EVERYTHING!
The list of basic torque specifications (pump half assembly, pump to case, valve body, rev one way, center support assembly and installation, pan, tail housing, ETC) that I had stuck to the inside top of my toolbox lid had long since been neglected as I did them daily and had memorized them.
Here it is 10 years later and the values seem to have been forgotten.
I seem to remember 220 inlb for the pump installation.
And 144 inlb for the center support 3 bolts under the valve body, but that's it.
Does anyone have the full list?
Assuming I can find a forward piston before the day is out, I'll be assembling it this weekend.
