man your truck is not cutting you any breaks is it! How many miles on it since you did the last injector swap? do you think it might still have air in it? I am just wondering if it might be a high pressure oil issue, another bad o-ring, bad injector, air. I don't know this is frustrating for sure!

Talking Air

It might have been air in the system like Tj said. How long did you run the motor on the new injectors? Some say it only takes so many miles, but I heard awhile back that it can take up to 500 hundred miles to be sure all the air is out and your back on track. Having said that it sounds excessive to me but if that is all it is. I would sure hate to be that frustrated and all I needed to do was drive for awhile. Are there any other problems?

BBW, I see in your sig you have a 110 IDM. Was it modded? If it was, are you confident in it? Are you programed? If so, pull it. You've done injectors 3 times, what kind of shape are the injector cups in. How about your VC gaskets and UVC harness'. What kind of oil are you using? At this point, I'm ruling out injectors. Let's back up to the basics....... Did you leave a rag in the damn turbo?LOL If the fuel pump ain't leakin' check the fuel presure at crank over and idle if you can get it to. Check it with a normal tire PSI gauge. Should be 55 or better especially shimmed. What does the FPR screen look like. Fuel filter? Hell, does the ignition key feel funky? Bad connection? Are you holding your mouth right. And at this point, if your pissed, maybe the truck doesn't respond well to anger???? Check all fuses, fuel bowl heater.

It's got to be something electrical. I just can't see this many bad injectors. And why the hell do you live way the hell up north instead of next door to me!!!!! Don't give up brother, we'll find it. And when we do, this will be one to learn from.. keep the faith.

how long are your cranking it when it won't start? Does it make any difference hot or cold?

if it starts cold but not hot then you are looking at probably IPR o-rings. other problem could include HPOP issue, injector o-ring issue but most commonly the IPR o-rings.

Grab 'em while you got 'em. I wouldn't mind having one since I think mine is going bad. I have a '97 and thanx if you can help. If not I understand. Thanx again and hang on to those E-series ones they don't make 'em anymore.
