my brother caught 2 kids stealing gas from his neighbours car once....he caught em both and tied em up and blindfolded them, drove a 2 kms outside town and turned off onto a grid road where the highway wasnt visable............threw the kids outof the box of his truck and took his gun out and cocked it and said "and the best part is nobody is goona know about this" then the kids started freakin out and he unblindfolded them told them that he wasnt goona do nothing but if they ever did it again they were goona get it.....then he drove away and made em walk home

Yeah you would get into more trouble. They consider it as a attampted murder or uttering threats of harm. Our justice system sucks. They do not want vigilante justice, but the system is failing and that is what they will get.
Like one police officer told me. He can't fight crime, he can only try to control it.
It means bot resources to deal with the crime, so the criminals are winning right now, but like I said vigilateism will take over and mre pepople will chance taking justice in their own hands.

yea im quite suprised the kids didnt say somthing but i quess they understood that he was just kiding......my bro lived in a small town so he'd prob seen em before

that vigilante justice would get out of hand too, get the wrong dudes taking things into their own hands wouldn't be good either. the justice system would be fine, they just need to loosen the reigns on it. let em put the fear of the law back out there!!

it is very sad!! i remember an elderly lady being taken to court back home because she beat a would be thief with her cane...it was thrown out of court, but who in their right mind would represent an idiot like that??

another thought i was told today, picture this::: guy is breaking into your house, you hear him and come running out. he runs, you tackle him and hold him down till police come. he gets charged with trespassing. if you drag him in the house, beat the tar out of him, it looks like B&E, and you were afraid for your life, protecting your assets. the crook gets charged with B&E. this was told directly from a cop.
