propane filling stations

I'm contemplating on running my 77 F250 on propane, but on occasion I would take it on trips over 400 miles (not often), but don't want to run into troubles looking for a place to fill up. Is there any way to find out where propane filling stations are located? And I really don't want to put in a HUGE tank either.

I have my X V10 converted, the propane system is fitted in addition to the gas system, so I can run it like stock on gas any time. Which means I got another 390 miles to go when the gas tank is empty - or vice versa. Propane tank is about 48 gallon.

A lot of truck stops have LP gas available. BUT the price listed is normally NO tax. So they will add road taxes after you fill. So beware....
