My latest processor

Finally got it ready to make fuel..

200 gallon reactor
Automated shutdown
Digital temp controller
Nema12 rated control box
Vacuum dewater
Vacuum methanol recovery
100 GPM cast stainless steel pump

Kinda looks like an "Appleseed" processor. Why don't you explain further what you have. Neat looking.

Looks like an appleseed? No water heaters here, this processor has a conical bottom so it drains completely.

I listed its features above the photo.. What would you like to know?

Do you use pump to circulate. Do you use same tank to separate. What do you use for tanks (BD & glycerol) to vacuum methanol. Do you strip with Magnesol or water. What kind of heater do you use. After separating, do you reheat bio and glycerol to vacuum off methanol.I'll be out of town till 6/6 so I will reply after that. Thanks. Tom

that is too cool looking. Is it working as good as it looks? I still havent got a set up yet. May have to go with the water heater type (kinda low on funds) until a later day.
