Help fixing a mirror
Does anny one here know how to fix a broken mirror. I am going to get some mirror for the X that are the big ones. The mirror and side lens for turning are brokin does anny body know how to fix them easy.

What is a mirrow? Do you mean mirror? If so are you asking how to replace it or how to replace only what is broken? If your mirror glass is broken and the turn signal lens is also broken you may be better off replacing the entire assembly. Check out any of the forum's sponsors. do you currently have the small paddle style mirrors. Or the TT style mirrors.... If it is just the glass you can send an email to these guys www.powerstrokeshop.com and they can send you one. You also can have a glass shop make you one too...

he has posted the same think in the excursion forum several times and here a couple times too. i asked him if he wanted to buy a set that i have for sale too. no reply. its his mom and dads trucks, so he cant do anything without them. maybe when they get serious, they will fix it. or maybe tell us what he needs and not just bs us all.

First the mirors you have are to expensive. I would have my parents buy them but for 300 + shipping 
way to much for $100 I could get the new 08 conversion mirors 
. Second the mirors Iam talking about are for $100 but the Glass part is broken and I wanted to see how much it would cost and how hard it would be to fix.

$100 for the 08 mirrors??? are they the tt mirrors? why dont you just end this and call the parts counter, get the price, and either replace them of fix what you have...

The plastic cover with the turn signal light built in runs about $80 each if you buy from one of the Ford dealer sponsors here (Y2kford, Discount Ford Parts). Like others said you should be able to replace the glass part of the mirror for around $15 to $20 at a local auto glass repair shop. If anything else is broken you will have to replace the entire mirror which run about $200 each from the dealer sponsors.
