Well not smoked like i beat him racing.
I was coming home after dumping some wood off in the dumpster at work and noticed some 2005 maybe newer corvette w/ track numbers on back window, fat tires in the back weaving in and out of traffic (out of stater's are here for Memorial day and love to visit the shore so its like bumper to bumper traffic). The guy i guess decided to move to the middle lane (3 lane highway) and the left lane was clear so i went to pass traffic in the left lane and pushed the pedal down a little harder then normal. Well with the DP chip on 140hp and big 5in canon out the passneger side (stock location) my truck blew BLACK smoke everywhere. I looked back and the guy i guess got pissed and floor it and came running me down in the left lane now. I though great where going to get into a fight. Well the dude blew by me like i was standing still and started to cut pepole off again a few 100 ft up from me now. Well my turn off the highway was coming up and i did just that.. Never seen the car around here before and iam sure he was pissed since i did notice his d/s window was down a bit when i "hooked him up". anyway just had to vent.

I love good ole soot. If anyone ever messes with ya, you got the power to give them a headache. Good job on the smokin.

 

Sweet, hope to have one someday, DP that is. But I don't think I'd be able to roll any smoke runnin bio?

Mine still rolled smoke with bio just not as much.

 

He probably had to sweep the coal out of his car afterwards.

 

I mean it was bad (soot)! I actually felt bad about what i did untill he caught back up with me and blew by me like i was standing still and then started to cut people off again about 100 ft up from me. Iam going to try to get some small video clips of my truck and its soot...its bad, i guess since i can lug it pretty good and it has the stock turbo still not pushing enough air to clear up the extra fuel bing dumped in on the 140 setting.LOL i love it.

Youre not as fast as him, but believe me, he DID have the feeling of losing deep in his throat as he did a "loser flyby"

 

Oh its not my first since the new DP chip, but this was the best out of all of them. There was another time where there was a car next to me w/3 girls and 1 guy in it and it once again was bumper to bumper traffic. They where on my passenger side and every time the cars moved up in front of us we moved up also. I would move up with slight accelration and i over heard the one girl say that dam loud truck.. and they where all stairing at me. I just pushed the throttle down just a little bit and a little puff came out. After that they would stay about 4 car length behind me now and wouldn't ever move up. Sorry i just love it more then my new train horns, because i guess people think my truck is broken since the black soot coming out.LOL

P.S. I have a digital camera and need to buy a new memory card since my old one is full..then i can take some good pics and small video clips of the soot. Yeah i know we have all seen soot before but i think my truck is extra sooty (is that a word?) with what little mods are done its great.

 

Crapr6, Did you ever get that VB in? If you didn't it will make a world of difference.

 

HaHa, I can remember when i got my Dp-Tuner and aftermarket sticks installed. I had this car of groupie girls ridin my ****. I layed a little puff out on 'em and they did a "Loser flyby" (Your lines just got jacked Chris, lol) well they only mad it to the next light behind another car they were right at pipe level and they were playin there devil worship music loud and I felt it was necessary to fill their car full of soot. Popped 'er into nuetral hit that smoke tune and revved 'er up. That care was full of all the smoke I could pour out of that pipe, lol. It was great, they stayed about 5 links back and I could do 15mph under the speed limit just to try and see what they'd do and they would still ride in the back. it was pretty friggin bad azz

The best are the convertible Beamer's and Benz's with the guys that have the white polo shirts and goofy haircuts and some gal in her tennis outfit. Man I love filling them with smoke and then watching them curse me in the mirror while wiping the coal off of their clothes.

It's like a sporting event for diesel drivers.

No man UPS is celabrating Memorial day just like us guys..Hoping they come Tommorow with it then if so tommorow night the trans will be getting its new BTS valve body and then its time to beat on my truck. I have been driving it with out the VB and I have to be very easy on the throttle when the trans shifts. I have it down now and know when the trans shifts (mph) and its all good no harsh shifts,etc but that also means i can't be full throttle thru all the gears.
I can't image what my truck is going to be like to stay in the throttle from idle thru all the gears!
