6.0 intercooler

what do i need to install this? pipes and boots or can I use my stock ones with the new intercooler 2002 psd

Measure the diameter of the stock pipes and measure the diameter of the intercooler pipes first. There are hoses you can get to make it work but you need to know the diameters.

With your plastic endtanks on your 02, the hot side is already larger at the IC side so i do not think you will need to change the boots. Same goes with the 03s.

I'd measure it just to be sure. Don't want to tear it all apart then find that you have an issue.

The 6.0 intercooler hot and cold sides are reversed from the 7.3 so the 6.0 hot side becomes the 7.3 cold side. Your boots will work but you have to reverse them. I ordered new boots just to replace the factory boots when I did mine.
