Recently I was changing programs in my 99 f-350 from safe tow to performance when the tuner said do not turn on the ignition I had brain fart and turned on ignition -resulting in error 6 code I disconnected batteries ,removed chip truck still wont start reinserted chip and has been sitting ever since .does anyone know how correct this problem ??????????

 

You will have to call them for the error code, but the truck not starting is a bad sign. Your local dealership could possibly re-initialize the PCM. I haven't heard of the prom getting fried from turning the ign on, off at the wrong time certainly.
