Unhappy 48 f2 disc brake kit problems

I got my big order in from CPP. drop axel, kingpins, tie rod, and disc brake kit. Everything was going great until I tried to put on the bearing spacer.it didnt want to go on the spindle. they said to heat it up with a 100watt light bulb, didnt work so out came the torch and with afair amount of cussing it went on but now the bearing will not even come close to go on {scrap one bearing] has anybody had this problem or did I goofup I,ve been told by some, F2 and F1 spindles are differant and some say they arent could that be the problem

The spindles are the same. Most guys ice the spindle and toss the adapter in the oven. A toaster oven works good for this. I wonder if you may have warped it with the torch?

Even once you get the spindle fully seated, you'll have to remove some meat off the OD of the adapter. I used a sanding drum on my Dremel then polished it all up with emery cloth. I kept going until I had a slip fit for the inner wheel bearing over the spindle adapter.

Sorry to hear you're having so much trouble with them.
I used the basic kit from ECI on my 49. I didn't have any issues what-so-ever. I did put my adapters in the oven at 450 for about a half hour. While I was waiting for them to heat up I made sure my spindles were clean and free of any burrs etc. I touched up a few places with some emery cloth. I had previously made me a driver out of some 1 1/2" pipe (I think thats the size).
One at a time I took the adapters out to the truck, slipped it on the spindle and gave it a light tap with the driver to seat it in place. Each side went on smoothly with nothing more than a light tap to seat them in place.
The bearing slipped right on them and everything.
